As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link. Check your inbox — and your spam folder — for a message from Mascotia.
How to track
- Open your shipping confirmation email.
- Click the tracking link, or copy the tracking number.
- Paste it into the carrier's website (USPS, UPS or FedEx, depending on the shipment).
How long until it moves?
Tracking can take 24-48 hours to show its first scan after you get the email. That's normal — it means the label is created and the parcel is on its way to the carrier.

Didn't get a tracking email?
If it's been more than 2 business days since you ordered, write to us through the contact page with your order number and we'll send it straight over.
Tracking hasn't updated in days
Carriers sometimes go quiet between scans, especially over weekends and holidays. If there's no movement for 5 business days, contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
