How much is shipping?
Standard shipping within the U.S. is $8, and it's free on orders over $50. Express shipping is $15.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Standard delivery takes 3-6 business days; Express takes 1-2. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet. We currently ship only within the U.S. so we can keep delivery times and costs predictable.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Use the Track Order page with the number from your shipping confirmation email.
Returns & refunds
What if the product doesn't work out?
See our Refund Policy for the current return window and conditions. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us a photo through the contact page within 48 hours of delivery and we'll sort out a replacement or refund. No need to return a damaged item first.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn't shipped yet we can usually change or cancel it; once it's with the carrier we can't.
Cat window perches & hammocks
Will the suction cups really hold my cat?
Yes, on clean, smooth glass. Our metal-frame hammock supports cats up to 44 lbs (20 kg). Clean the window first, press each cup firmly, and wait 24 hours before letting your cat use it. Most failures come from dust or grease on the glass.
My window is frosted or has tinting film. What can I use?
Suction won't seal properly on textured, frosted or film-covered glass. Choose a hook-mounted or sill-resting perch instead — both are in Cat Furniture.
Do I need to drill anything?
No. Every perch and hammock we sell mounts with suction cups, hooks or the windowsill itself. Nothing requires drilling.
Are the covers washable?
Yes. All our beds and hammocks have removable, machine-washable covers. Cold wash, low tumble dry.
Sizing & fit
How do I pick the right harness or collar size?
Measure your dog's chest girth at its widest point, just behind the front legs — not their weight. Each product page has the size chart. If you're between sizes, go up.
Will a cat perch fit my window?
Send us a photo of your window through contact and we'll tell you which mounting style works — including if none of ours will.

Do I need an account to buy?
No. You can check out as a guest with just your email.
